Our organization works to strengthen Panchayati Raj institutions by educating rural citizens about their roles, rights, and responsibilities in local governance. We conduct awareness programs and training workshops to help villagers, especially women and marginalized groups, understand how they can engage effectively in Gram Sabhas, influence policy decisions, and ensure transparent use of resources.
We particularly focus on promoting women’s leadership in Panchayati Raj. By encouraging women to participate and contest in local elections, we help break gender barriers and ensure their voices are heard in governance.
Mahila Chetna Samiti also facilitates capacity-building programs for elected representatives, enabling them to plan, implement, and monitor developmental projects efficiently.
