At Mahila Chetna Samiti, we believe that dignified employment and fair labor practices are essential for building an equitable society. Our mission is to empower these individuals by promoting their rights, enhancing their skills, and creating pathways for sustainable employment.

We work to raise awareness about labor rights, including minimum wage laws, safe working environments, and social welfare benefits. Through workshops, legal aid, and advocacy campaigns, we help workers understand and claim their entitlements.

In addition, Mahila Chetna Samiti focuses on skill development and vocational training programs to improve employability. By equipping individuals with practical skills, we enable them to secure better jobs, start small businesses, and achieve financial independence.

We also support women workers and informal sector laborers, who often face gender discrimination and unequal pay. By empowering them with knowledge, training, and resources, we help them achieve economic stability and confidence.

Our collaborations with local industries, government schemes, and employment agencies further connect trained individuals to suitable job opportunities.
